• Orders are processed within 3 business days.
• If an item is out of stock, the lead time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Please contact us for current stock.
• Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

• Undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
• If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos of the unopened package before initiating a return.
• Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty & Support

• Our products are crafted with high-quality materials. If you experience any issues, please contact us for support.
• The anodization process requires elements to be suspended.  This leads to one or two minor white spots at the one of the holes.
